Samain Night ...... .

Colcannon
Preparation: 15 min
- 1 kg of potatoes
- 1 green cabbage 3 onions
- 3 tablespoons of cream
- 50g butter
- 50cl milk
- parsley
- Peel and wash potatoes. Cook in water boiling until they are soft inside.
- Drain, then mash them in a saucepan with milk

- Meanwhile, wash the cabbage, then chop it finely sliced, and add it to the onions. Let cook.
- Once finished cooking, add the onions and cabbage to the mashed potatoes.
