Small filled chocolate hazelnut shortbread
Ingredients:
  • 200gr flour 80gr
  • almonds
  • 150gr soft butter
  • 50gr
  • sugar 1 egg yolk
  • 200gr Milk Chocolate 80g Hazelnut
powder Make a paste with the flour, almonds, butter, sugar and egg yolk. Make a ball and leave on for one hour in the fridge. (Meanwhile, Use egg white to something else: meringue, tiles ...)

For the filling: Mix

150 g of cream, 2 packets of vanilla sugar and 50 grams of sugar powder (full is best). Heat to dissolve sugar.
Add 200 g of milk chocolate squares, melt.
Add 4 tablespoons of hazelnut oil.

I add 30 grams of shelled hazelnuts mixed ... but then he must love the little pieces!

Good result is not very complicated: Spread the dough on a work plan fariné.Elle should have a thickness of 2-3mm max.
Cut shapes (we'll make sandwiches, so they must be in pairs and symmetry if possible, the best forms for this are the stars, circles and squares ...).
Put a spoonful of "Nutella house" on a cake, and cover with another.
gently press the edges ..

on plates covered with parchment paper, put the cakes and cook for 8min thermostat 5-6 (for a gas oven, according to adapt the oven). It must still be white, they are just beginning to brown underneath, and a little soft (be careful because they harden as it cools !)
Let them cool on a wire rack.

After, let's biscuits "spiral"

Finally, I finished with my truffles ... -simple to make, thanks to a small Video

I am doing a copy / paste the recipe

(note that again I only took the praline truffles and not those biscuits roses pictures ... I forgot again!)

Ingredients:

  • 200 g dark chocolate broken into pieces
  • 15 cl full cream
  • 20 g soft butter, diced
  • 25 g biscuits roses de Reims crushed
  • 25 g praline

Preparation Recipe

Put the chocolate in a bowl. Place the bowl over a pan of simmering water to melt the chocolate. When most of the chocolate is melted, remove from heat. Stir with a spatula until chocolate is completely melted

Pour the cream into a saucepan and bring to boil. Pour 1 / 3 of the hot cream over chocolate and stir with a spatula. Add the remaining cream in two and mix well each time to obtain a smooth mixture. Add butter and mix well.

Line a loaf pan with plastic wrap and pour the dough truffles. Cover the surface of the dough with the film and keep cool for several hours.

Pour powder biscuits from Reims and the praline on 2 plates. Unmold dough truffles on a plate, remove the plastic wrap. Cut the dough into cubes. Roll each cube in your hands to form balls and roll them, either in powder biscuits, or in the praline. Place them on a plate. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
